Aparna has served as Tau’s Senior Talent Manager since 2018, leading the Asia Talent Management team with the design, deployment, and administration of programs and policies. She oversees the coordination and implementation of resources focused on training, workforce development, and studio- wide production planning. She also works with Artist Development and Recruitment teams to spearhead the Tau Films' industry outreach efforts. 

Prior to her work at Tau, Aparna worked with the Rhythm & Hues (R&H) Mumbai and Hyderabad divisions from 2004 to 2013. She began in administration, moving next to Human Resources and Production Management. During this time, she served as a manager for both the Compositing & Bg Prep and Match Move/Tracking departments.
