CJ Sarachene
Freelance Animation Director
CJ Sarachene brings with her over 20 years of film production experience as an animator. In addition to Tau Films special venue projects including Bobbejaanland’s The Forbidden Caves and Movie Park Germany’s The Lost Temple, CJ served as Animation Supervisor on Land of the Lost (2009) and Hop (2011) for Universal Pictures. She has personally trained many of the animation artists at Tau Films and continues to train and provide lectures for advanced animation techniques. She began her career as a traditional (2D) animator and transitioned into television, games and film as a 3D animator. She has worked as a traditional animator on such films as Disney’s 101 Dalmatians (1996) and as a digital animator for projects requiring a menagerie of photo-real digital animals including The Chronicles of Narnia (2005), Night at the Museum (2006), and Evan Almighty (2007).
